hi guys, second late 2011 13in mbp bestbuy (first had defective battery) , discovered 2 things. first off discovered dust underneath glass, tried wiping them off dam cloth , microfiber cloth no success. tried not come off. can tell behind screen because further regular dust specks of screen. estimate there 20 dust specs, in 6 or 7 noticeable. more keep appearing day day however. second thing top lid appears warped. closes way on 1 side not other, later discovered magnetic black strip around bezel sunken flush lid on side while rest of strip sticks out everywhere else. came way (unboxed , noticed it), 2 months old. did take bestbuy opinion , said there wasn't enough dust , if gap between screen gets worse fix it. guys think? there anyway dust out without taking apart screen? should do? have bestbuy care. thanks.   take apple store , hear have say. if asked change. there must wrong screen as...

hello! i'm hasn't been asked before did quite lot of research. short story is, everytime click "show more faces" in iphoto faces screen rainbow loading cursor , app freezes 10 seconds, problem wasn't present earlier, mac (2010 model, bought new in 2011) runs pretty smooth , keep clean 70gb free space , few programs running. long story goes this: went through 10,000 photo library putting names faces on there , things went find way completion. didn't know tell iphoto "ignore" faces clicking "x" @ confirm faces screen, labelled them under fake name called xx. anyway, when done, wanted delete fake xx , have iphoto ignore all. deleted xx, , xx photos went faces screen (where i'd have name them/ignore them on again). set myself click little "x"s in corner make iphoto ignore these unwanted faces, everytime click show more faces (its 3 faces on screen @ 1 time), iphoto freezes 10 seconds , rainbo...

hi all, in nov made switch mac pc , few days ago bough first iphone, 4s. far enjoying , learning ins , outs, have question syncing mail between phone , mac. on mac using mac mail program handle 3 separate email accounts yahoo, msn , icloud. have set separate folders , rules when emails automatically sorted , put in specific folders i.e.. email finance go folder titled finance etc. when set phone put basic, standard folders on without custom sub-folders have on mac. when mail , both phone , mac retrieve it, mac follows rules have set , moves email supposed to. if don't see mail on phone gets pulled , disappears when mac moves email sub-folder. said, there way set same sub-folders on phone , have matching rules? in advance suggestions / instructions.   i have not been able find solution this. interested.   Forums...
