i'm creating extremely minimalist look. i've edited menubar.nib file remove titles of finder menus (replacing them spaces) "finer" 1 doesn't affect @ all... i received case last week, bought directly iskin.com , , happy it. haven't seen many reviews, thought write up. let's obvious out of way. tpu case, , people may find expensive is. costs $50. however, if "like" iskin on facebook, 15% discount on every purchase make, makes little bit less expensive. case fits nicely. easy put in (bottom first), , looks , feels good. ordered black one, although think if called "smoke", more accurate. designed work apple smart cover, , locks in. know not likes that, love it. functionality of smart cover not hindered @ case. grip good, because has rubbery feel. on/off switch, , volume buttons covered, work fine (you have push lithe bit harder, work fine). also, case has covers headphone jack , dock connector. people might find annoying, (less dust going in holes). speaker partially covered (around 20%), sound doesn't seem affected. corners of ipad covered, offers protection. though...

my first-gen macbook running 10.6.8. few weeks it's been going sleep sometimes, when close lid. i've been poking around on web , through lot of forums. here's i've tried: checking printer queue , uninstalling printer there no bluetooth devices enabled unplugging, removing battery , holding down power button 5 seconds resetting pram resetting smc repairing permissions setting sleep apple menu doesn't work logging in user gives same problem booting in safe mode doesn't work resetting energy saver settings default opening terminal , running pmset -g assertions (this gave me 0s except enableidlesleep 1, didn't give further information) installing pleasesleep, setting energy saver sleep in 1 minute--it still won't sleep. update1 typed syslog |grep -i "wake reason" terminal , got whole buttload of responses. seems there usb error happening causes wake...

hi, installed second-hand evga gtx 285 mac edition in brand new 5,1 6-core mac pro. start , grey screen instantly shows via dvi on monitor. once system booted, seems fine, , graphics card run quietly. i'm not sure association, when open program, causes screen turn pixelated garbage (picture attached). attached system profiler info on graphics card. assume problem stems using graphics heavy application. mail, itunes, chrome seem work fine. last few crashes have come opening adobe premiere pro (which, ironically program got card for). have used mac standard radeon card , has worked fine. appreciate leads whether have bad card, bad drivers (should recent!), or if there can remedy this. time , let me know if need more info!   attached files: a"> img_6550.jpeg file size: 380.7 kb views: 445 ...

i have late 2006 macbook white. installed idisplay on ipad , macbook mirror macbook apple tv. however, when not using idisplay macbook resolution terrible. when try switch 1280 x 800 (which before) 2 huge black screens on sides. tried turning off display mirroring loose icons (but display better) think switches extended monitor.
