Mountain Lion doesn't seem like a real 'OS' upgrade

i'm not 1 complain, lot of features apple has listed mountain lion on website don't seem 'real' operating system upgrades:

icloud - don't use icloud much, under understanding icloud stuff available on lion... don't what's been added icloud ml.

imessage - it's nice feature, it's more im client app rather operating system feature. should able on app store in form of messages app.

reminders & notes - these apps, not os features @ all. download apps on app store same things these apps branded os features.

share sheets - again, it's feature in many ml apps. not part of os.

gatekeeper - seems me way try , start walling osx off... not sure how many people find useful, let alone incentive upgrade os.

your understanding of apps , features bit broken.
