recently scanned bunch of old photographs wanted have digital copies of throw them away. save time, scanned 3 @ time , planned crop them later. , giant mistake, apparently. time try crop selection, application shuts down , box pops says "preview quit unexpectedly" , prompts me send report apple. on , over, never working @ all. tried instead use copy , paste selection done, crashes when that. there's never problem opening , viewing photos, when try edit them. realize can in iphoto, takes lot longer since there no "save as" option create new file cropped portion while keeping old intact. know can fix this? or if not, know of free , simple (seriously, need crop, nothing fancy) mac application can use done quickly? thank help.   Forums Macs Mac Apps and Mac App Store iPh...

ok stunned discover (very common think) need proving hard find. want wire ipod car system. want center console mounted , powered. wire output car stereos line in / aux. simple right ?? wire power supply cars ignition when key in ignition have power (same stereo). have no interest in radio broadcasting, or cassette modulators etc etc.. line out charging dock want. dont want move head unit ipod control due limited head unit browsing ability. control , playback far better left mounted ipod. however, , finding hard) dock must pause playback, , resume playback pause, based on when power (to dock , hence ipod) applied , stopped. ipod must shutdown once power removed (delay acceptable resume must work) not sit there losing battery. have gigs , gigis of dj mixes, many multiple hour sets, , cant keep seeking , messing were. pause , resume key here. closest have found docks pause, shutdown ipod, none have found resume playback once power reapplied....

i'm confused i've heard low performance of ssd's in optical bays of 2011 macbook pro's (15 , 17 inches). understand there 2 issues, 1 software , 1 hardware. software issue got sorted out lion update - 1 know if got sorted snow leopard (which want use)? second, there hardware issue make drive still obtain sataii speeds. i'm ok apart fact owc says (in quite old blog post) should use sata ii ssd in port. limits me 240gig because that's largest sataii ssd can find. i'd put crucial m4 512gig drive in it. got practical experience of this. i've not bought computer yet (i'm going buy either on outlet store or second hand) either buy feb version or october version if either 1 of these better.   Forums Macs Notebooks MacBook Pro ...
