hi i'm suffering slow internet speeds. believe problem lies isp, because: my wife's ipad , mbp experiencing same problems @ same time. it's intermittent problem. few minutes in every hour, or hour or 2 every day. as slow internet , we're getting no internet – minutes or hours (just internet; not airport, isp etc). receive technical support, , i'd complain , maybe ask different isp. know if do, tech support people things like: "define slow " or "maybe you're accessing slow sites" or "are using @ peak time?" or "are using more bandwidth?"
