Apple wireless keyboard green light won't stop

anybody know why have steady green flashing light? googled no joy finding solution. can't connected ipad?
 

i believe when light flashing, it's attempting make bluetooth pairing.

might want delete keyboard ipad , attempt re-pair it.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
