connect external hdd to time capsule and tv

my mackbook pro filling , want connect external hdd time capsule use ups extend wireless storage.

can recommend quite external hdd connect time capsule , allow me access additional drive (around 2tb)

want see if can connect drive our lg tv (time capsule next tv , drive be) can accept usb connection. if drive connected time capsule usb able connect tv usb or need disconnect time capsule first each time , connect time capsule access drive again? or there way connect tv time capsule , access drive way?
 

it cannot connected both @ same time. also, when you're looking extend wireless storage, mean adding total storage space of time capsule? if so, cannot accomplished addition of usb drive. appear separate drive , not in fact make time capsule's hard drive capacity larger.

tv network enabled? if so, might able purchase nas , connect time capsule , able access both computer , tv simultaneously.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
