SSD - HDD partitioning/accessing questions

hi,

i'm planning buy samsung 830 ssd, either 128 or 256 gb, mbp 15" (late 2011).
questions less technical stuff more how can work best it.

first question whether there's difference drive put in bay. can boot optibay same way hdd bay? or have mind anything.
i'm asking because want know whether it's possible boot old hdd format ssd , create usb lion image, install lion on ssd , boot ssd restore data hdd. without third drive need copy backup on, 750gb usb 2.0 quite hassle. hope got meant..

second thing. can partition ssd same old hdd? need install lion win7 on boot camp partition, both on ssd. old hdd used data-drive.

concerning that: i've read can 'outsource' user-folder hdd. question here whether it's solution or not. user-library in user folder too, , afaik it's accessed e.g. safari, itunes etc. hdd turn on , off every time need user library? concerned that. i'd want hdd spin when access stored data on it, not because e.g. changed bookmark in safari.
because if that's case, i'd still have hdd noise , "moving sensitivity" , maybe slowdowns though i'm running os on ssd quite pointless.

hope read theough , can me matter. i'm sure there's same/similar setup who's gone through :)
or maybe has tip me on how setup drives/folders/programs smartest way. main goal minimize use of hdd.

let me try , break down best can information have.
want put ssd in main bay no matter what. im going skip technicals here in long run more faster results in main bay in optibay.

possible boot optibay not possible set windows while hdd in optibay. because cannot boot windows cd usb on optibay drive. (since hdd in superbay slot, have use external superdrive) little complicated here thread can read if wanted it.

can partition ssd normal hdd.
can't answer outsourcing question because dont have setup that. if have questions feel free ask.
