iPhone 4S Water Damage- Rear Camera/LED Flash not working

story: mom accidentally left 4s on nightstand , sloshed water on it. phone vibrated , shut off. put in bag of rice 5 days.

problem: rear camera , led flash not appear working. however, front camera work(i heard if 1 didn't work other didn't). gets no service after reboot.

have sort of tip camera , led flash work? refuses pay $199 replacement(she can afford this) , bought because needed better camera , siri(for when she's driving in car). take off don't want void warranty(i know it's voided wont replace $199 if see device tampered or if phone in more 1 piece). trying explain device corrode more , phone stop working. unfortunately, refuses believe this.

there seems 2 sides argument.

1 flexible led strip lights , being cheaper use, allow people pollute more , not have worry environmental and/or financial impacts of doing so, make light pollution worse.

conversely led strip more precise , easier use directionally , keep pointed down. also, since doesn't require extended recharge times when turn them on compared sodium lamps , other more conventional lights, more practical use in applications infrared proximity lighting.

think high density led decrease light pollution, perhaps i'm being naive , thinking way because want think way, make myself happier. think? other factors think might not have considered here?:d
