No real graphics improvement after upgrade?

have upgraded lion gm on mbp 15" 2.4 i5 (2010) , disappointingly haven't noticed of improvement in graphics. have moved installation around quite lot including upgrading snow leopard lion, clean installing lion , migrating time machine see if make difference, doing few more time machine installations when messed things up.

symptoms include choppiness switching between panes on launchpad, opening folders worse , unhiding dock when starting / hasn't been done while.

there hope when buy final release when comes out (yes, using imzdl gm) , clean install graphics performance? on lion briefly tried clean install before migrating stuff on time machine , couldn't see improvement.
 

what expecting graphics improvement for? yeah drivers updated , software more optimized hardware stays same. unless apple messed driver, doubt you'll see upgrade in graphics performance on retail release.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
