Help me choose a 4-bay DAS?

greetings forum,

well, it's time me start thinking expanding storage options. instead of buying external drive compliment current one, i've decided buy 4-bay das (not nas, have no router , no need nas) having trouble finding 1 sits comfortably me. so, i'm hoping fellow members here have advice on das units.

preferences:

-4-bay
-firewire 800 , esata connectivity
-a no-raid mode, drives show in osx separate hard disks.
-not picky drive manufacturer/firmware should need replace drive in future.
-able handle 3tb drives
-no additional software; want plug mac , have show current external drive would.
-for sake of broadening suggestions, i'm not going set maximum price point this. if have solutions, want hear them regardless of how expensive are.

other things:
-i'm not picky looks or sounds of box, room box in noisy fans , music/movies that's playing.
-the das unit floats boat owc mercury elite pro qx2, i'd rather not deal raid limitations. reasons being i'm okay having clone drives through carbon copy cloner, , don't how raid doesn't work should try replace hard drive drive has similar compacity may not same manufacturer/have same firmware.

in advanced advice may offer.

edit: know if this i'm wanting do? realize lacks firewire 800, can buy hub , still paying less other solutions.
