Problem with syncing contacts

so long story short.... somehow lost of contacts when updated 5.1.1....

restored phone previous up, , of contacts back... of course, since restore couple months ago, can't stay it.

how heck somehow save contacts, restore phone again it's newest restore (where don't have contacts) , these contacts back...?

frustrating thing ever. i've tried sync contacts yahoo, gmail, , windows contacts , don't save.....

i'm 10 seconds away throwing phone through wall. tips?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
