Broken Right Fan & Backlit Keyboard Connectors, Help?

i taking right fan off , pushed hard on connector broke off logic board, managed brake off cable think backlit keyboard since no longer lights up. can take fixed or have replace logic board? possibly fix myself? attached picture , circled plugs broke.

those unplugged, or partial damage connector clips. pins still mounted motherboard? if so, glue / epoxy in place.

p.s., consider cropping photo remove serial # inter webs.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
