In Numbers Spreadsheet, how to make titles/first row stick?

i'm doing large spreadsheet many columns , hundreds of rows need input info for. each column titled in first row problem jumping around input info various rows , unless it's 1 of first few rows, can't tell column because first row of column titles not showing. lot of rows similar numbers, problem, every time have scroll top , positive column i'm putting info in.

there way make first row stick when scroll, stays in view though others don't? or there similar can make titles each row viewable? thanks.
 

i believe want icon directly under media icon @ top.

if mouse on - called "choose number of header rows , when display"

select repeat header rows on each page option pulldown.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
