Firefox and Loud Fans
i downloaded firefox replace safari because there problems downloading images on websites on routine basis.
in doing so, noticed loud fan mbp (2011 version) while watching videos, never dealt when using safari. there reason or possible solution?
it's noticeable , increasingly obnoxious roar.
used 'search' feature on website didn't find related problem.
for flash-related issues:
- find flash version , make sure it's latest version available. never install or update flash pop-up on website. go adobe's site flash or updates.
- install clicktoflash (safari), flashblock (firefox) or flashblock (chrome) control flash content plays on websites.
- try using youtube html5 video player watch youtube videos, when available. (may impact fullscreen viewing. see link details.) far performance impact, ymmv.
