Trying to understand this unlimited data thing..

i own iphone 4 on verizon. have unlimited data. can't upgrade until october , contract ends 2/13. couple questions:

1. if buy iphone 5 (4g device right?) @ full retail price, have unlimited 4g data or problem because have unlimited 3g?

2. after contract ends on 2/13, still have unlimited data @ month month, or happens??

guys.
 

as understand it, should able keep unlimited data if buy next iphone unlocked , place on plan. however, seeing how don't have unlimited 4g right now, not sure if verizon screw on , make choose tiered plan because "upgrading 4g".

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
