Need Help With Making a Decision

i'm in need of opinions different macpro configurations more experienced users am. i'm university student , use computer running things word, itunes, internet, watching hd videos/internet movies (often @ once). don't game (anymore), computer handle games in case; think games wow. also, computer doesn't grow old in couple years - i'm fine updating things hard drive , ram, however. here 2 base configurations i'm deciding between:

or
http://store.apple.com/us/configure/md103ll/a

, crossed mind option:

2nd gpu on 15'' make large of difference 2.9 ghz dual core i7 intel hd 4000 gpu? , applications notice this?
also, if decision comes down 13'' 2.9 ghz dual core, 8 gb ram vs. 15'' 2.3 ghz quad core, 4 gb ram, 2nd gpu, better decision money spent? 2.3 ghz quad better 2.9 ghz dual in general - more average person - computer?

in advanced helpful replies!

first of all, don't fooled clock speed - 15" model's quad core processor makes more of difference 2 13" models'

apps mentioned, however, ram going more of issue cpu, 4gb should enough (for now).

said wanted light gaming - in case, 15" it's not fact has 2 gpus, fact has discrete gpu required modern games. still able play wow on 13", @ lower settings. difference noticeable. also, if plan watch videos in hd 15" better since screen size , resolution make more comfortable movie/video watching setting.

said above 4gb going enough next year-ish. wanted future-proof yourself. go rmbp. ssd future, , if you're getting ssd apple, rmbp better value. if you're not willing go rmbp, 15" since modern apps optimised quad core. if it's not much, 15" 8gb ram. in future.
