iPhone Siri totally ERASED from my iPhone4S.. HELPPP! (Due to old Backup)

siri no longer working on iphone 4s. worked fine last few months. when press main button, voice control instead. didn't (that i'm aware of) have triggered change. here's have tried far:

- siri no longer appears in settings > general.

- siri appear under settings > restrictions, switch toggled "off" , cannot moved (it's grayed out).

- have done settings reset iphone

- have done full restore itunes (with backup)

- keyboard , language both set english

help! i've exhausted similar posts on forums without success.
iphone 4s wizards new can try?

did go settings -> general -> siri , turn on? yes have looked this..

please me, i'm desperate in getting siri back!

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
