Disk Utility - No longer found?

hi all
have no idea happened disk utility program - have mac mini , use os 10.6.8 (leopard). used program yesterday night, , morning, noticed found. pretty sure didn't delete it, , isn't coming anywhere on searches. had pre-installed on mac (i don't recall discs coming computer apple - if so, don't have them). there way can reinstall disk utility? worse case scenario, copy file else's mac , install on mine (not sure if possible utility programs). i'm confused happened this.
 

did check trash?

wonder if might have renamed accident?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
