4S Stand by and usage the same! Battery drains way to fast..

ok know has been discussed before, , have researched days , read every possible trial , error out there far no success. ive tried restoring way "new phone" no backup being used or , still won't work. phone not going "standby" mode when screen off.
did test cause battery life bad, took phone off charger no apps open , left sitting 2 hours without getting calls, emails, or texts checked phone , dropped 100% 70%!! in 2 hours of not touching it!
appreciated.. known problem far ive read try known problem no known cause....

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
