disappointed 10 dead pixels.
placed order 2.3/256/16/applecare rmbp apple made mistake , order consisted of 2.6/512/16/applecare. yes, had opportunity cancel order , place new order. yes, should have checked e-mailed receipt sooner. decided keep original order though mistake because price difference vs delay , specification increase, thought worth it. due delay, if had choice, have went 2.3/256/16/applecare ordered. disappointing decided live because needed notebook school , couldn't wait longer.
there noticeable lag mountain lion fix this.
yes, knew 3-4 week shipping estimate doesn't mean wasn't disappointment.
update:
apple issuing me replacement notebook. sending me box can return defective rmbp. should have box tomorrow or day after. once send notebook take 2-5 days process , 5-7 days after ship out replacement. so, looking @ 10-18 days until receive replacement. tried keep defective unit until replacement arrived wouldn't go it. getting correct order, 2.3/256/16 time around , refunded difference.
