power charger gets really hot

i got ipad few days ago , today first time im charging it. when charging noticed white square charger gets hot. have macbook pro , charger never gets hot. normal? also, bought refurbished ipad if makes diff
 

sounds iphone charger, charger have removable "duck head"?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
