Merging icloud emails and phone numbers

anyone know when apple going merge icloud emails , phone numbers?
in keynote mentioned "phone number , apple id merging." mean implemented in mountain lion or in ios 6? if ios 6, guess mountain lion users have wait until release of ios 6 feature?
 

it's in ios6 , mountain lion well. both imessage , facetime allow associate phone number apple id. facetime , imessages same no matter device use.

can use phone number on phone , ipad/mac recognizes , can set phone number caller id on ipad/mac. phone number can center of communication no matter computer or idevice used.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
