MBP overheating

hey guys! fiancee's 13" 2011 mbp has been running hot (87ºc) , slowly. looks thing has running mozilla firefox. has experienced this?

 

open activity monitor , select all processes , sort cpu show process(es) slowing down mac or speeding fan(s) or causing more heat.

using activity monitor show cpu , ram usage​

, if mac overheating, shut down.
