Trying to justify buying a ipad but have a few problems.

ok of things on iphone on ipad listen audiobooks (not apple) play games @ same time (well games don't this) watch movies. thing riding bus work playing game , listening book. work , use iphone listen books while working. have manually sync iphone. don't think there way around this? games use icloud able play them on phone on ipad , take off left off?
 

yes that's biggest draw icloud. can sync books, games, photos, docs multiple ios devices on same account. :)

ipad can cumbersome on bus. what's wrong iphone?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
