Back up disc

hi all. not technical , old bear me. have got new mba , decided various reasons transfer files etc old mbp gradually, , manually, not using migration/set assistant.
possible delete backups external disc (wd passport mac) , use backups new mba?
if how go it?

all.
 

if want delete old backup, delete files? if running error "can't delete", open applications -> utilities -> disk utility , erase western digital drive. (note: delete every file on drive.)

start backups, open time machine , turn on.

more advanced. can have multiple time machine backups on single drive. can browse other backups time machine application.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
