im long time apple customer, , upgrade latest adn greatest our californian friends.

more of rant, please stop reading if not in mood one.

went in day macbook pro retinas released , asked purchasing one, , unfortunately had sold out. spoke supervisor nice , helpful, , told me getting stock in morning. explained work early, dont live close , wont able come in, we'll see how go.

next day mum god bless shopping in city (sydney australia), , went apple store , enquired. sent sms exact requirements , found sales rep in store deal with. guy tells "yes have them in stock", calls him in front of me, , guy confirms , tells me come in.

hot step out , car, being there in next 20 mins, , park @ old queen victoria building $40.

walk in see mum, , see guy last night, apporaches me , asks if im pro, , act giddy , and yes. looks @ me , says, dont have any?

luckily, mum still holding business card other sales person gave said have them.

pretty pissed off, , understandably so. left work, paid $40 in parking, $5 in tolls plus petrol , time, misled idiot had nothing better do.

guy had seen night before pleasant, , gets manager. guy comes on , introduces himself, , has sort of cocky attitude whole situation. explain came in on advice employees,a nd find out there no macbook pro retinas when mum asked him.

goes on absolute garbage , asks if sure mum didnt ask air. funny @ point. ask why slaes rep told porkies doesnt come on , apologize. sales manager ahs nerve there no point in having confrontation not macbook pro appear.

said guy "look, im grown man im not 15 yo kid, , if check user id, see customer of apple". infact have spent of hard earned on apple goods not funny - imacs, iphones, macbook, macbook pros, itouch, ipods, ipads, name it. have it. suggest considering major inconvenience me bought lackluster employee, , loyalty brand, throw in case when come in, considering out little bit myself. fair.

sales guy looks shocked if asked him damn kidney.. , asked myself, ive spent on $20k on apple products, , this? treated idiot?

guy says cant make decision on spot ( not believe this, cmon guys crappy little $40 case). promises call me back. give him details, , calls me on saturday. participating in sports event, called him in 30 mins. not bad turn around id say.

got messsage bank,left message him , never heard him. been couple of weeks think or almost.

anyways, wanted spending on these products fun, , great products, being cocky , disrespectful people make brand is, plain bad service.

know might demand outstrips supply - thats fine - dont forget put there - people buying products.

apple coaching moment sales manager how handle mistakes that.

, maybe learning experience me. appears of screens faulty anyway, , maybe ill else. no skin off anyones back, maybe should stick windows, albeit cheaper hardware, since apparently deserve.

yes dissappointed , have had experiences until @ city sydney store.
