U.S. Ban on Samsung Galaxy Tab Sales Goes into Effect as Apple Posts Bond

earlier week, u.s. district judge lucy koh granted preliminary injunction allow apple bar samsung selling galaxy tab 10.1 in united states while full trial on samsung's alleged design infringement conducted.




enforcement of sales ban required apple post $2.6 million bond damages samsung paid if apple lost infringement case, , foss patents reports apple has indeed moved post bond.
