How to get rid of duplicate iCloud tabs?

i accidentally performed upgrade lion ml , started messing around new safari. rebooted machine , froze decided reinstall ml again, time going clean install. when go safari , hit icloud tabs, shows macbook listed twice had open along current macbook. i'm not sure how can rid of old icloud entries. it's bugging me. wish there way can reset icloud tabs feature forget have open.

 

how 1 "accidentally" upgrade ml?
