AirPlay mirroring on Mountain Lion not available on 2010 MBA?

there 1 legitimate reason why should not able mirror 2010 macbook air (13"/1.86/4gb/128) onto hdtv apple tv using mountain lion? such bs. typical of apple. frickin' mad right now...feel punching wall. airplay mirroring 1 of main reasons going upgrade mountain lion in first place. things may 1 day force me make home apple product free.
 

one think ive learned apple have vicious product refresh cycle , if generation behind screwed, , if 2 generations behind thats whole different story. im sorry there has got work around somewhere.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
