What to do

hello everyone,

have sort of specific question ask , therefore searches have come little dry. have had 32gb iphone 4 since day released in canada , purchased apple care t go along it. love phone. of late have been having troubles it. have returned school in new york not use phone teuls , did not wish unlock it. have been using since returned in late may , experience frequent problems, including randomly shutting off, not charging, , battery rainging rapidly. of time when turn phone on display wrong date , time, along not allowing of apps connect internet. nothing other restoring phone fix problem. have tried know attempt fix this. (it seems me battery connection not right , somehow temporarily disconcerting , turning phone off?) problem has cracked on it, replacement (cracked original well). can replacement before bringing apple worth or able tell replacement anyways? have heard of people going in phone problems , replacement screens in there phone , receiving new phone together. apple not @ fixing because of back? worth bringing in?
