Sharing exFAT partition between OS X and Windows 7

hello,

have mac mini 2011 (10.7.4) ssd drive , plugged in 500gb usb drive. on usb drive have time machine , 3 exfat partition. share exfat partition (from os x) when try access windows 7 see message "windows cannot access".

how share exfat partition os x windows 7? it's possible?

(why use exfat? because don't need install third-party software read/write os x or windows)

have same problem. have secondary partition on mac mini osx 10.8 that's exfat, can't share out windows 7. sets share fine, , can see in windows network, can't access it. kicker, i'll bet exfat usb drive can shared on mac, , accessed mac on network without issue, because that's i'm experiencing. furthermore, can access exfat partition shared out on windows 7 pc, mac. apple, wtf pulling? called apple, , of course, "it's windows issue".

anyway. if has ideas, please speak up.
