Iphone 3GS Ipad baseband

i have iphone 3gs, sn 88130... 5.1.1, model mb718ll, new br, think refurb apple.
flashed ipad baseband , have no wifi nor bluetooth. no modem firmware no eccid info.
tried downgrade 05.3.14 don't see change.
while flashing , downgrading noticed phone stuck @ "flashing baseband don't interrupt" screen few minutes , there went straight rebooting tough status bar showing half completion.
phone boots, stays on few minutes , reboots itself.
continuously till runs out of battery.
have bricked phone? there can ?
please help.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
