MBP 4,1 2008 with SSD Upgrade and Mountain Lion?

hi there,

i've had macbookpro 4,1 past 4 years , install new system. have few personal files on computer , don't require data migration. nor there programs keep.

new system both upgrade 128 or 256 gb ssd , wait mountain lion later month. basically, take out hd, put in ssd , start anew mountain lion. (a friend exchange, have no idea.. :p)

i'm wondering how after putting in ssd new mountain lion system installed..? dvd drive doesn't work anymore (and never use anyways), somehow attach usb superdrive , take things there?

or best way set fresh system?

thank much!

if have usb superdrive, burn bootable disc ml app when download form app store. there option when boot use disk utility format , partition new ssd. if have issues formatting or try simple pram reset. fixed issues before :) (cmd+option+p+r pram reset while booting)
