How to reset cache on Safari

for particular web page on windows think hold control , hit refresh , clears cache particular web page?

there similar operation lion?
know there empty cache in options dumps whole lot assume , not current page?

f5 refresh on windows, there quick refresh on safari rather clicking refresh??
 

to refresh page, use cmd+r, clearing cache particular website don't know of way.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
