How to make it so my music is in iTunes ON MBP but movies and tv in external?

so got new rmpb. have itunes media moved on media folder stored on external hd. realize id want music on here can listen without hd, movies/tvshows still on hd save space on mbp.

idea how this?
 

go preferences in itunes. in advanced untick "add media files itunes library". add movie files. (command + o)

tick "add media files" again.

itunes remember movie files location.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
