Crucial M4 in MBP failed

i went boot mbp other day , got flashing grey folder question mark. figured corrupt directory or made startup files not readbale, booted target mode, connected mbp imac , ran disk utility on it. when doing that, detected error, gave me message couldnt fix because of invalid key length.

so, tried same procedure drive genius, , got same message. again disk warrior, went through process of rebuilding directory, then, when told replace new directory error message stating there disk malfunction. says rebuild disk again, same message. cites error code (2351, -36).

mbp has 128gb crucial m4 ssd. drive 3 months old. have backups of files, no concerns there seems kind of epic crash. hardware related? faulty ssd? or weird fluke? seen before?

i can't common flash memory have ability stop working. glad made backups!

crucial drives known reliable, it's interesting hear stopped working.
