iPhone 4S - Music gets low after system sound interrupts

hi everyone. ran search did not find anything.

listen mp3's on default music app on iphone 4s every day. use stock pair of apple ear buds well. when system sound notifications sometimes, volume of music gets low , not come normal volume after system sound completed.

way i've figured out how correct go system settings > sound > , play ringtone , switch music , returns default volume had set at.

has been addressed before? doing wrong here?
 

this still happening me. else?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
