upon request, can provide many others, if helpful. have taken following steps (and few others) no avail.

  • apple hardware test - no errors (x2)
  • replace hard disk
  • clean install of snow leopard (and later – upgrade lion)
  • disconnect periphrials (except usb keyboard, blutooth magic mouse , 2 dvi monitors)
  • techtool deluxe
  • reseated ram (originally installed @ apple store)
  • fix permissions
  • repair disk

after each of these, problem has continued, leaving me believe must hardware issue. unfortunately, these logs (mostly) greek me. error i've been able consistently see same mca registers report invalid in each log.

should note kernel panics sporatic , have been unable identify , single application or task performing when occur. have gone 10 days between kernel panics , occassionally occur two-three times in 8-hour work day. example, following recent crashes logged:

thanks, in advance suggestions or guidance!

seen enough times....

macpros power thirsty , require ups equipment, particularly in offices or homes have lot of appliances or have ac units. consistency of error location (the power manager) backs up. new aps ups power conditioning, true sine wave in 800 1800 watt size. if problem persists may ram.... bad building power more common , never reproduceable applecare provider.
