Remote access help / advice

about twice month, have need meet "away" macpro. i've got core2duo 17" mbp needed remotely. however, need able have access hard drive on mp pull files.

i've tried "back mac" , works perfectly... in house. @ remote location, nothing.

in similar situation have solution use? thanks!
 

i use teamviewer, free personal use , works windows, mac os x, linux, ubuntu, iphone, ipad, etc. it's secure , quite simple set , use (no messing around ports), comes in handy if providing remote support aren't computer literate. can talk them through setup on end , connected them in less minute.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
