Macbook Air to hold me over?

hello everyone! thinking of picking base 128gb macbook air hold me on until new imacs refreshed/released etc. tired of waiting not willing pay pretty penny outdated technology. hope imacs refreshed soon. feel wasting summer away waiting. atleast air, can begin enjoy experience of osx while waiting new imacs. air when school starts (as has flash ipad not) assignments, online work, , have you, in case apple decides delay refresh until fall. @ same time, hate drop money on air when have ipad, ipad (i have zaggfolio keyboard it) more capable of handling many work/school related tasks (minus flash why i'm considering air). find air more appealing macbook pro because of it's lightweight, mobility, , friendlier price tag. here find worth owning both ipad , air? feel air complement new imac nicely, although ipad can same. maybe can pick air , sell once imacs released? guys!

 

my thought ipad , mac book air fine, if wanted go route. no 1 knows when or if there imac refresh later month (or year). might use while avoiding paying outdated tech.

while don't own mac air, many of friends , love it. 2 of them use main machine no desire purchase else , considered myself recently. (i'm not portable computer kind of guy).

i'm tired of waiting, started ordering pc components. grabbed asus gtx680-dc2t start (it out of stock, notified had received some.....i had jump while could). pc me foreseeable future.

luck decision.
