Redirecting home folder to win 2003 user network folder

i'm baffled , have scoured ends of internet info.

here's situation:

- running win 2003 server throughout school, staff has working network accounts

- brand new mac lab put in, plus cart of 28 macbook pros ( on osx lion)

- authenticating ad fine, users logging network accounts

- each user needs able access network drive folder.

- setting each user individually map folder isn't option, there on 300 accounts!

- optimal result: have user's home folder redirected network folder on win 2003 server

- not using osx server @ in configuration, , no budget one

so, ideas how make work? want make can log onto computer - mac or pc - , able read/write documents/files on network.

in advance help! :)

update:

after discussion purchasing powers be, going invest , lion server app ($50) , install on teacher station in computer lab. hopefully, integrate our macs our windows network.
