my experiences buying the iphone (not happy ones)


for last 14 months have used evo 3g phone until broke. outside insurance company said me find comparable phone , purchase , pay minus deducible. i'm on sprints network , went purchase phone today, not extend contract, or cancel contract , new agreement.

instead spent 5 hours , several miles put on car driving between stores , calling people getting run around. sprint not want sell iphones out right because loose money on 16 gig 4s ones. when go apple can it, agreement make sign asks sign 2 year agreement. i'm furious took long , no 1 seems care can't me phone.

before buy second hand 1 or buy 1 elsewhere, have have legitimate phone legitimate store insurance pay.

else ever run problems or know can @ either sprint or apple notice have upset customer being wronged?

get galaxy nexus if have used android past year. work on sprints upcoming lte network. iphone works on sprints slow 3g , seems slower speeds other sprint phones on 3g.
