Activating the notification centre from lock screen?

hi,

wondering if there anyway active notification lock screen? i've tried lockinfo etc , didn't them, , don't want displayed on lock screen until trigger it...

unfortunately activator doesn't let chose gesture lock screen, there else can do?

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
