Upgrade Late 2011 15" MBP or Sell it and get 2012 rMBP?

hey guys!

purchased late 2011 mbp (base line 15 inch) in january , rmbp out feel crap! haha. idea of having cd drive, although i've used once since january. don't care not having firewire or ethernet. think better off upgrading mbp 512 crucial m4 ssd , maybe 8gb crucial ram also? upgrade cost 500-600 australian dollars. or better selling , getting rmbp baseline model?

wandering or if had thoughts! thanks! :)
 

depends how cost swap retina. if it's twice or more, i'd upgrades. might surprised how difference performance ssd , ram make. you're not comparing like though. you're talking price of 512gb ssd base retina has 256gb doesn't it? check that, apple store down...

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
