Resolved Multiple sound alerts... driving me crazyyyy

hellooooo first post , thread on macrumors, loving site:d
bought iphone 4s 16 gb factory unlocked brand new, , had 3gs before it, kinda knew it's stuff. jailbroke phone , put of favorite tweaks , those, first thing annoyed me phone hearing message alert twice when notification pops up. tritone. plays 0.1 second of plays whole thing, drives me crazy :confused: anyway it's happening every notification of every app: messages, imessage, whatsapp, viber, twitter... once played 0.1 second of tritone 5 times in row played full one. because of jailbreak? :p please help... :d
 

did happen before jailbroke it? restore stock , add new tweaks 1 @ time figure out 1 causing issue.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
