Finding files via the FINDER...frustrated


ok. i've been using mac few years frustrated using finder search files. example, want find windows 8 virtual machine created couple of months ago, opened finder window , searched windows 8 in search part of finder, finder shows me kinds of files without windows 8 in name of file, 70+ files.

ok, mac experts, please tell me doing wrong because if not, well, finder sucks. want if find file partial name search.

p.s. forgot mention want list in alphabetical order search. hell, windows xp can this.
 

click restrict search file names only:
screencap 2.png
just click on "name" column heading in search results sort name.
