Can I delete SPOTLIGHT files?

hi board members.

use chronosync sync external drives - when sync video drives notice in chronosync interface there 15mb of spotlight files - diagonally crossed circles, without.

these remnants of searches (which don't remember) or important system files.

aren't present on of other drives, figure not important.

if suggest, "yes" delete them can give me script "terminal" show these files in finder , script hide them.

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
