Is the screen worth it over the weight?

i ordered , got 13" mba 8gb ram , stock 128 drive.

went , saw retina. looks nice, though in didn't spend time on it.

replaced 4.5 lb 2008 unibody 13" macbook mba. dropping 4.5 lbs 2.96 great. , have 2011 quad core 2.7 27" imac 12gb ram, portability huge. since started grad school month. shock going school again!

anyway, wanted feedback on whether retina worth on mba.
see it, these key points.

1. low weight of mba, picking retina didn't feel heavy, not in way same weight unibody does.

2. don't need power of quad core retina since have imac, , since opted mba 8gb ram.

3. don't feel want screen size or bulk of 15", , 13" sweet spot.

4. concerned retina has great advantages, great disadvantages images, etc being fuzzy , take time web , apps catch up.

5. wonder if missing out on phenomenal screen , sacrificing much, when expect machine last 3-4 years.

if order retina i'm looking @ 3-5 weeks , have return mba monday, i'll without while, can make do.

i'm sure has been beaten death maybe not, appreciate feedback, owning retina mbps.

if have imac, think mba best fit you. have home station - don't need sacrifice portability/size/weight , cost larger, more powerful laptop. there cons being adopter of retina mbp.

stick you've got. don't second guess yourself!
