Just got a Mac Pro - Questions on SSD install

i received 2.8 mp apple refurbished store. came 1 1tb hard drive. have brand new 240gb owc ssd want throw in bay 1. old machine 2007 imac running lion 10.7.4. can install ssd , on initial boot make sure time machine drive connected , use migration assistant? possible? or isn't option on utility? sorry i've never done before. way thought of maybe have use migration assistant first run time machine on mac pro hdd install ssd , boot time machine. way correct?
 

yep. or can put both computers on same network (i assume are) , use migration assistant on network. highly recommend going wired if way (tried once wirelessly , boy did take forever..)

ATV3 5.1 channel ?

no service after redsnow jailbreaking
